A delightful Valentine's Day treat made with either dark or milk chocolate, filo dough, and garnished with pistachio cream and rose petals. This delicious recipe involves melting chocolate, forming it in a mold, and layering it with a rich filling.
Melt the chocolate using either the microwave or the double boiler method. If needed, add a little oil to loosen up the chocolate.
Garnish the mold with pistachios and rose petals, then pour the melted chocolate, ensuring it is evenly spread and that the edges of the mold are covered.
Place the mold in the fridge and let it harden.
Sauté the filo dough in butter until golden brown. Add the pistachio cream and mix well. Set it aside to cool.
Once the mixture has cooled, add it to the mold and cover with more chocolate.
If the melted chocolate hardened before pouring the second layer, microwave it again to loosen it up.
Cool the chocolate in the refrigerator. Once it’s set, remove it from the mold, garnish with dried rose petals and pistachios, and serve.
