Chicken Mappas

1: Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, salt, and pepper powder.

2: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, and onions, and sauté until golden brown.

3: Add green chilies, cardamom, and cinnamon stick, and cook for a minute.

4: Add the marinated chicken and cook until it's browned.

5: Stir in coriander powder, garam masala, and chopped tomato.

6: Pour in coconut milk and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through.

7: Adjust spices to taste and stir in curry leaves before serving.
